Axciom CEO resigns, CFO announces intent to do so

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The data services company Axciom Corp. says its president and CEO, John Meyer, has resigned and that its chief financial officer, Christopher Wolf, plans to step down.

The data services company said in a statement Wednesday that Meyer's resignation was effective Monday. It gave no reason for his departure.

The company's board of directors named board member Jerry Gramaglia as interim CEO.

The statement says Wolf plans to resign during the second quarter. Axciom says Wolf indicated he wants to stop commuting to Little Rock from his home in Florida.

The company's shares fell 90 cents, or 1.7 percent, to $16.56 in pre-market trading.
