Graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law as a graduate with a degree of Jurisprudence Scholar in 1986 then from China University of Political Science and Law as a postgraduate with an academic degree of Jurisprudence Master in 1989, I stopped to be occupied as an Assistant in Law Dep. of Gansu University of Political Science and Law. At the same time, I start to be a Clerk in Anning Law Office in Lanzhou. After passed the National Examination of Lawyer’s Qualification and licensed to practice law in 1992, I took pat in a Course on International Economic and Trade Law sponsored by an American law office named Mayor, Brown & Platt; then I took a mobilization to the Third Law Office of Gansu Province Where I worked as a professional lawyer as well as chief of Dep. of International Trade Legal Affairs of the Office. In 1996, I created a new law office named Gansu Hurry Law Office, where I Successfully run the Law Office as the Chief as well as handled hundreds of important or complicated cases and numberless none-suit legal affairs as an experienced professional lawyer. In 2002, I studied Legal System of EEC in the Second University of Rome. In 2003, I took a mobilization to Zhaoqing University as a vice-professor and to Guandong Duanqing Law Office as a professional lawyer.

Here, I’d like to give an outline on some of my other Part-time Working Experience: (a). More than 5 years, I ‘d been working as the director of the Right-interest Protection Center of Lanzhou Chamber of Commerce till 2000, by which I’ve accumulated valuable experience.(b). Since obtaining the National Teacher’s Qualification Certificate, I’d been working more than 13 years as the lecturer of the Law Dep.of Gansu University of Political Science and Law till 2000, by which I combined jurisprudence theory with legal practice.

As you can see, it’s hard for an experienced lawyer to put accurately down here how many cases or legal affairs I handled with and how many clients I served for: too many to remember! As a matter of fact, by providing high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses, I’m widely recognized for my experience and innovativeness in all areas of Litigation, Corporate and Securities, Finance and Banking, Taxation, Real Estate, Bankruptcy and Reorganization, Antitrust and Trade Regulation Franchising, Environmental Law, Insurance, International Trade, Investment and Finance, Regulated Industries, Labor, Natural Resources, and Pro Bono Work, Government Relationship including related policy issues, etc. Presenting major state-owned corporations, start-up ventures, financial institutions, insurance companies, public utilities, trade associations, companies of every size and industry, and many not-for-profit organization as well, I have experience in every context of legal problem-solving: negotiation, arbitration and lawsuit. All the time, I have been working at the frontier of current legal issues, helping clients understand and adapt exiting legal framework to new ideas, techniques, products and processes. I pride myself on my responsiveness to client needs and on my ability to develop and implement creative solutions to business problem.
