commenting on the conviction of 22 CIA agents he defended in court in Milan, Italy by judge Oscar Magi on charges of kidnapping an Egyptian cleric, in a story by Time magazine. The agents are unlikely to spend any time in jail, as the conviction is just the first step in the Italian legal system and the government appears unlikely to pursue the case
