2nd Ohio sorority accused of trashing event hall

OXFORD, Ohio (AP) - A second sorority at an Ohio university has been linked to destructive behavior at its spring formal, including excessive drinking, smoking inside a museum, vomiting and trashing the dance floor and bathrooms.

The Alpha Xi (zy) Delta sorority is facing a two-year suspension from Miami University because of the March 26 event at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center in Cincinnati.

The sorority is appealing the planned suspension.

Miami University's Pi Beta Phi sorority has already been suspended for one year because of misconduct and damage at a local lakeside lodge.

The school plans to review rules and policies for fraternities and sororities.
