NYC Little League coach accused of sexual abuse

NEW YORK (AP) - New York City prosecutors have charged a Little League coach with sexually abusing boys on his team, and they say he videotaped some of the acts.

David Hartshorn collapsed in court Wednesday as the charges were read. He was revived after the judge cleared the courtroom, and he was held without bail.

Hartshorn was charged with use of a child in a sexual performance and sexual abuse. His attorney did not return calls seeking comment.

Prosecutors say he had inappropriate contact with two 14-year-old boys and a 13-year-old. They say he showed pornography to some of the kids and filmed others engaging in sex acts.

Queens District Attorney Richard Brown says investigators recovered videos from his home that showed child pornography.

Prosecutors say one boy told his mother, who notified police.
